This letter is from Wendell Nedderman to Dr. Charles LeMaistre the Chancellor of the UT Texas System. The letter dates January 3, 1973 and Nedderman is thanking the chancellor for the copy of the handbook for Handicapped Students he sent him. He also infroms the chancellor that UTA has also been creating their own handbook; which Wayne Duke has been responsible for. Nedderman closes the letter by letting him know that UTA is making all its effort in providing an inclusive and accessible enviornment for students with disabilities.
