A member of the Fleet Reserve Association, Arlington Branch 375, Chuck Stone (left) swaps war stories with patient John Day, a tail gunner during World War II, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Dallas, 06/05/1983. A man sitting in a wheelchair and smoking a cigarette is listening to another man talk. The man in the wheelchair is missing his right foot. The man talking is standing up with a coffee mug in his left hand and his right arm is postioned in the air as he narrates his story.
