Memo from Paul A. Strachan, President of the American Federation of the Physically Handicapped, to "Friends of the Handicapped in Organized Labor", urging the passing of a resolution to be introduced at the joint conference of the American Federation of Labor and the Congress of Industrial Organizations in New York City. The resolution would permit appointment of an A.F.P.H. staff and establishment of an Information Service. The Information Service would be responsible for communications to labor organizations nationwide.
