Certificate from the Shriners' Hospitals for Crippled Children awarded to Mansfield M. McKnight of the Moslah Temple, Fort Worth, Texas. He is proclaimed a Permananent Contributing Member to the maintenance fund of the Shriners' Hospitals for Crippled Children. The side of the certificate is illustrated in color with a child on crutches walking down a flower lined path toward the Shriners' Hospitals for Crippled Children with a sabre above the building. A seal is located on the bottom side of the certificate.
