In this article the handicapped students association is demanding the University of Texas at Arlington for new improvements that would benefit them and others.  Some of the improvements that had been made are:
• Lowering water fountains
• Telephone in the sub
• Parking needs
• Ramps 
The argument in behalf of HSA according to this article is that the university takes a long time to make the changes.
