In this article, the writer discusses the opening of an office by the Texas Rehabilitation Commission, a state agency, at UTA.The aim of  the organization is to help students with disabilities gain the necessary skills needed to succeed in the workforce.The agency also offer financial aid to help pay students tuition provided that the students have a disability and are working towards a training to eventually gain employment. Robert Morrow, a counselor for Texas Rehabilitation, will also serve as an advisor to the Handicapped Student Association.There is also mention of the different services offered by the organization and the requirements for qualification.
