Description:
This document is the 1998 addendum to the 1996 Continuum of Care (CoC) plan for people who are homeless in Arlington. The purpose of the addendum is to augment and update the previous study done. The aim of the CoC is to help people who are homeless transition to self-sufficiency. It contains an analysis of statistics of homeless individuals and families at the time and includes improvements and progress with funding and other services intended to aid their goal.
