Description:
This is a typed letter from Rosalie Wells, Executive Director of Handicapped Resource Association (HRA), that is addressed to "Friend of HRA," but "friend" has been crossed out and "John" is handwritten above it. Wells is notifying them about her resignation from HRA and she lists Dave Watson as the Interim Director. She addresses her relocation and thanks everyone for their work with the organization. On the bottom right corner of the letter is a handwritten personal note to John Dycus.
