Description:
This packet contains the nomination form and recommendation letters for the Elmer C. Bartels Leadership Recognition Award (1995) for nominee John Dycus. The nomination form was completed and signed by Rosalie Wells, Executive Director of the Handicapped Resource Association (HRA).
