This letter dates June 13, 1973 and its addressed to Chancellor LeMaistre, University of Texas System. In this letter University of Texas at Arlington President Nedderman is letting the Chancellor know that the University has created a handbook for handicapped students which has been published. The letter mentions copies were sent with the letter, but a copy of the handbook is not included with this document. Dr. Nedderman concludes the letter by stating the University has completed several minor physical modifications at the request of the University's Handicapped Student Association.
