Texas Disability History Collection

This is an invitation to join the Coalition of Texans with Disabilities that was sent from Dennis Borel to John Dycus. In the letter there is a plea for members to stick with the organization during critical times and also an invitation for people to join and support the organization. At the bottom of the letter, next to Dennis' signature, is a handwritten note that reads, "John- thanks for coming to the Capitol!" Attached to the letter is the annual report which contains information about the advocacy projects that were done in 2007; including protecting the Americans with Diabilities Act (ADA), training new staff, community outreach, and creating public awareness. A purple membership form is also attached.
