This is a letter written on October 28,1980 to the University of Texas at Arlington's (U. T. A.) President, Wendell H. Nedderman, from the Vice Chancellor for Administration, Robert L.Hardesty. In the letter Robert asks President Nedderman how to respond to a letter that was sent by Mary Jane Bode on the Copper Street traffic hazard. The letter included an attachment of Mary's letter in which she expresses her dissatisfaction with the fact that U. T. A. was not doing very much about the traffic hazard which was a problem for people with disabilities. Mary also inquired in her letter about why the U. T. A. president would not let employees testify when her Select Committee on State Employee Productivity held a meeting at U. T. A.
