This document presents University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) Student Congress Resolution 72-61. The resolution was authored by Richard Krause and submitted for consideration on November 10, 1972. The resolution is in regards to the lack of facilities that meet the needs of students with disabilities. Three resolutions are proposed:

  1. Recommending the University administration to take action
  2. Accommodate facilities around campus for students with disabilities
  3. Partnering with the Shorthorn to raise awareness amongst the student body

This document is typed but includes some handwritten notes:

  • Near the top of the paper, written next to "The University of Texas at Arlington," is the word "PASS." 
  • On the first item of the resolution, the word "pressure" is crossed out and "Reccomend" is written above it.
  • The second item of the resolution is crossed out and replaced with: "Instigate more restroom and ramp facilities, lower drinking fountains & Teleph. And add aid facilities for blind students."
