Letter from R.L. Thomas to L.E. Dilley. Mr. Thomas is thanking Mr. Dilley for sending a copy of "The Dallas Craftsman" and for seconding a motion to elect Mr. Thomas president emeritus of the Dallas Building Trades Council. He also mentioned their ability to build a monument to benefit crippled children, but it is unknow to what monument Mr. Thomas is referring.
