Robbie Harville, 15-year-old sophomore from L.D. Bell High School, Hurst, was born with spina bifida which paralyzed him below the waist; he will compete in the Junior National Wheelchair track games in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, 06/23/1986. He is on a track, in his wheelchair wearing a red uniform, his tank top reads "TEXAS."
