Description: 

This article discusses the financial struggles of students at UTA. The term handicapped is used to describe the situation for these students.  There is a comparison between different students at UTA and their majors; how those influence their financial aid. This subject will be discussed at the UT Board of Regents in order to find a solution to it and provide new programs that require cooperation between the schools and the federal government.
