There are two memos in this document. The first memo dates May 9, 1972 and it is addressed to Miss Linda Anderson the president of Lipscomb Hall. In the memo, President Harrison is letting Linda know that he is glad that the scholarship is going to be offered to a female student with disabilities.

The second memo is addressed to President Harrison and it dates May 4, 1972. In the memo, Ruth Crary the associate dean of student life wants to let President Harrison know how lovely and great is the idea about presenting a scholarship to a student with a disability.  In addition, reminds him of how beneficial the assistance would be for the students.
