This document contains a detailed study of the people who are homeless in Arlington. The Study was commissioned by the Arlington, Texas Housing Authority. It discusses the reasons for undergoing the study and how it was conducted. It contains an analysis of their finding and mentions some of the factors that contributing to homelessness from their results. A gap analysis is included along with a copy of the survey used and statistics obtained .
